Ben McGarr

Bio:

As a military community resilience manager, Ben McGarr builds and manages collaborative relationships between military installations, the local governments and communities that support them, and the University of Georgia. Ben plans and coordinates engagement, public service activities, research, and project development working closely with Institute of Government faculty and staff, as well as those in the Institute for Resilient Infrastructure Systems, Georgia Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant – specifically the Coastal Resilience DoD Liaison, and other partners.
